  • Taking the registrations of students
  • Preparing and holding an orientation programme for all new students in order to introduce them to the university
  • Preparing, collecting and take archives of student statistical datas,
  • Providing transcripts
  • Keeping the files of the students
  • Assisting the residence permit applications of the international students

Information about Special Ability Tests

Students applying to the departments of Interior Architecture, Graphic Design, Music and Visual Communication&Design are required to pass the “Special Ability Test organized by each department. The dates of the Special Ability Tests of 2009-2010 have not been announced yet.
